The idea and that the impact of modern communication technologies, goes beyond
a simple explanation of individuals and their communication behaviors, to issues
adopted by scientific research. New cognitive problems have appeared which require
appropriate methodological methods to analyze them and try to find objective answers.The Arab academic community was not immune to this scientific concern. Many Arab
researchers have focused on finding appropriate ways to study the outputs of modern
communication technologies, whether in the nature of the interaction of individuals
with each other, or their repercussions on society with these different categories. 
However, the subject was not so simple, because the question  
is still the subject of intense debate in the saint of the Arab scientific  Community 
 on the validity of  the Methods and mechanisms of so-called traditional analysis 
 and which have until present “successful” in explaining 
 various media phenomena resulting from traditional
media? Or on the contrary try to find new methodological 
 alternatives in phase with these technologies which are also new?
