الدكتور يوسف تمار، مسؤول فريق ميدان التكوين  في كلية علوم الإعلام والاتصال، ليومية "الإتحاد":

"يجب إعادة النظر في مسار التكوين  بمجال علوم الإعلام والاتصال".

نحو إعادة النظر في علم الإعلام و الاتصال معرفياً.

أوضح الدكتور يوسف تمار، مسؤول فريق ميدان التكوين  في كلية علوم الإعلام والاتصال بجامعة الجزائر 3، في تصريح خص به يومية "الإتحاد"، أنه ينبغي على وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي إعادة النظر  في مسار التكوين في تخصص علوم الإعلام والاتصال بالجزائر، مضيفا بأن وضعية البرامج البيداغوجية الحالية المتحكمة في تكوين طلبة علوم الإعلام و الاتصال، بخاصة في الطورين الأول والثاني، ليست على ما يرام، ولا تخدم الأهداف المرجوة من تخصص علوم الإعلام و الاتصال، كما أنها بعيدة عن طبيعة المرحلة التي يعيشها العالم حلياً و الجزائر على وجه الخصوص، إذ أن الكثير من المقاييس على مستوى طور الليسانس خاصة،  لا علاقة لها بالتخصص ، و لا فائدة مباشرة منها في تكوين مختصين في هذا الميدان، علاوة على الشكاوى الكثيرة التي تأتينا من الطلبة حول فائدة هذه المواد في تكوينهم، بل أبعد من ذلك، إذ أثرت حتى على أمانيهم المستقبلية في أن يصبحوا صحفيين أو مختصين في المهن الاتصالية، مؤكدا بأن "اليوم وأكثر من أي وقت مضى، يفرض هذا التخصص إعادة النظر في بنائه أكاديمياً ومعرفياً وتنظيمياً، ابتداء من محاولة بناء ميدان مستقل بعلوم الإعلام والاتصال، ولعل حججنا في ذلك كثيرة، أبرزها ما تعيشه الجزائر اليوم من حرب إعلامية شرسة تحاول زعزعة أنظمتها المختلفة، ما يتطلب منا تكوين أخصائيين ذوي خبرة عالية في الإعلام و الاتصال، و على وجه الخصوص في مجال الإعلام الجديد و شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي من أجل مواجهة هذه التهديدات والحروب المعلوماتية والرد عليها". واختتم محدثنا كلامه، أنه "ولبلوغ هذا الهدف، فإنه يلتمس من كل أساتذة التخصص المشاركة في إثراء الحجج التي يمكن تقديمها لوزارة التعليم العالي و البحث العلمي قصد إنشاء ميدان الإعلام و الاتصال، و على رأسها إعادة النظر في البرامج و التخصصات و الشعب".

And information wars and responding to them.” And our interlocutor concluded, “In order to achieve this goal, he requests all professors of the specialization to participate in enriching the arguments that can be presented to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in order to establish the field of information and communication, and on top of that is a review of programs and Specialties and people.
